拔牙术后注意事项
拔牙术后须知
1、拔牙后患者咬住1-2条棉卷，它的作用是压迫止血、保护伤口.—般在拔牙后40分钟左右即可轻轻吐出。注意棉卷不要晈压过久。
2、有出血倾向的患者，拔牙后最好暂时不要离开，待半小时后请医生再看看伤口，是否血已止住。如果仍出血，应让医生再作进一步的处理，或上止血药，或进行缝合止血。
3、正常情况下，把棉卷吐出后就不再出血了。唾液中带一点血丝是正常的，如果大口大口的出血就不正常了，应及时请医生处理。
4、拔牙后2小时内不用拔牙一侧咀嚼，饮食不宜过硬、过热，宜偏软、偏冷，如白粥。
5、拔牙后24小时内勿刷牙，不要吮吸创口，不用手去摸伤口，不作剧烈运动或重体力劳动，不饮酒、不吹乐器及游泳等。
6、一般成年人前牙拔除2个月、后牙拔除3个月需制作安装假牙，以恢复美观外形及晈合咀嚼功能，防止邻牙松动、倾斜。
7、拔牙后要注意保护好血凝块，当天不要漱口，不要用拔牙侧咀嚼食物，不要频繁舔伤口，更勿反复吸吮、吐唾，以免由于口腔内负压的增加而破坏血凝块。手术后两小时才可以吃饭，术后两天的饮食应该是温凉、稀软的。
8、拔牙后一般可以不吃药。但在急性炎症期拔牙，或创伤较大(如拔智齿）、全身情况较差时，应口服些抗生素和止痛药。
9、拔牙后一般不影响工作，可以照常上班，但是不要从事重体力劳动。吸烟、饮酒对伤口愈合都有不好影响，拔牙后一两天内最好不吸烟、喝酒。
Notice after Tooth Extraction
1. Please bite firmlyon 1 -2 cotton rolls which is in order to stop the bleeding and protect thewound after tooth extraction. Generally, cotton rolls should be removed after40 minutes. Please notice that don't bite the cotton too long.
2. If the wound keepsbleeding, please don't leave immediately until the dentist ensures the bleedingis stopped. If it keeps bleeding, dentist shall examine it again and stop thebleeding with hemostatic or suture.
3.Under normalcircumstance, the wound will stop bleeding after patient removing the cottonrolls. Salvia with a little blood isnormal. However, it is abnormal that the patient vomits a lot of blood, so thedentist shall treat it promptly.
4.For 2 hours aftertooth extraction, you should chew only on one side. It is appropriate to eatsoft and cold food, instead of hard and overheating food.
5.Within 24 hoursafter tooth extraction, please do not brush your teeth, do not suck the woundand do not touch the wound. As well, no strenuous exercise, no heavy physicallabor, no alcohol, no playing wind instrument and no swimming etc.
6.In general, foradults, in order to restore the good appearance and chewing function of tooth,and to avoid the adjacent teeth becoming loose and tilted, denture should befitted in 2 months after the anterior tooth being extracted; and in 3 monthsafter the posterior tooth being extracted.
7.Please pay attentionto protect the blood clot and maintain blood clot after tooth extraction. Donot rinse your mouth and use the extraction side to chew foods. Remember do notlick the wound frequently; and try to avoid sucking and spitting repeatedly inorder to prevent the increase of negative pressure from hurting the blood clot.Two hours after operation, you can eat; two days after operation, the dietshould be cold and soft.
8.Generally, medicinefor tooth extraction is not necessary. However, taking antibiotics andpainkillers is necessary if tooth extraction is during acute inflammationperiod and if the patient's poor health or if there is a large wound (forexample, the extraction of wisdom tooth).
9.Generally, toothextraction will not affect your work, so you can work as usual; however,patient shall avoid hard physical labor. Smoking and drinking of alcohol havean bad effect on wound healing, so it is better not to smoke and drink ofalcohol after tooth extraction in one to two days.
